}Your business verifications for an account. To quote a number you need one with status: accepted whose number_type matches the number. With account=mirai and nothing on file yet, data is empty and status is verification_required.
For your own Plivo account this lists the approved applications in Plivo. A subaccount can’t rent new numbers; connect the main account for that.
