Count calls
How many calls your workspace has made and taken, without paging through them: the total, by channel (phone, web, text, realtime) and by direction (outbound, inbound), and their total duration in seconds. These are the figures on the console’s Calls page.
from/to (RFC 3339, UTC) count only calls created in that window, the same window List calls filters on. Every count is always present, zero included. A 503 means the totals could not be read right now: retry, and don’t read it as zero calls.

Calls per channel: phone (dialled out, answered inbound, or WhatsApp), web (browser sessions), text (the console's typed test chat) and realtime (Realtime API sessions). The call object's channel says which one a call is.
Calls per direction. Browser, text and realtime calls are outbound.
The calls' duration_secs, summed. A call that never connected, or has not ended, adds 0.
