Campaigns

Duplicate a campaign

Copies a campaign’s settings and its whole contact list into a new draft, ready to edit and start. Every contact comes over fresh, as never called, with the same id, phone, variables and metadata. Finished and archived campaigns can be copied too.

The body is optional and takes any create field except contacts. What you send replaces the original’s value; the name defaults to the original’s plus ” (copy)”, and the dates stay the same unless you send new ones. The copy has to pass the same checks as a create, so its agent must still exist and not be archived.

The new campaign’s id is saved as campaign_id, so the requests above now work on the copy.
