# Go live: move your sandbox to production

> Go live in the console for ₹100 of call credit, plus GST. Your agents, calls and numbers move across. In your code you change the base URL and API key, and add your webhook endpoint again with its new secret.

Going live turns your sandbox into a company workspace with no end date, and
everything you built moves with it.

The routes, request bodies and responses are the same on both addresses. A
sandbox key sent to the production address gets
`403 production_workspace_required`, so change the key and the base URL
together.

## Steps

**1. Open Go live**

Press **Go live** in the [sandbox console](https://sandbox.voice.miraiminds.co/#/live).
Only someone who has confirmed their work email can go live.

**2. Choose a plan**

GST is 18%, so the first payment is ₹118, ₹59,000 or ₹1,18,000. Everything
before GST lands in your wallet as call credit. T1 is ₹1 a minute for the
voice AI, plus ₹0.30 for our phone line and ₹0.20 for call insights; T5 and T3
include both. Every plan runs the same stack. See

**3. Confirm it's you**

We email a six-digit code to the address you give. Type it in, or use the
sign-in link in the same email.

**4. Add your business details**

These go on your invoices. Type your GSTIN and the rest fills in, or choose
**I don't have a GSTIN** and fill in five short fields.

**5. Pay**

The last screen shows your plan, your business and what moves across. Pay
through Razorpay: card, UPI or net banking. UPI goes up to ₹1,00,000, so
T1's first payment of ₹1,18,000 is by card or net banking. On T3 and T1 you
choose how each month is paid: in the app each month, or automatically by bank
mandate.

**6. Switch your code to production**

In the [live console](https://console.voice.miraiminds.co/#/developers), go to
**Developers** and press **Create key**. Then:

1. Set your base URL to `https://prod.voice.miraiminds.co`.
2. Replace the sandbox key with the new one.
3. Add your webhook endpoint again, and verify with the new `whsec_…` secret.

## What moves across

Everything you built moves into the company workspace and keeps its id, so a
call still links to its agent and a number to its agent.

> Pause any campaign that is dialling in the sandbox before you pay. If one is
> still running, nothing moves. Pause it, then press **Move my sandbox now** in
> the live console.

## When a sandbox ends

If your sandbox has an end date, the console shows it. A self-serve sandbox
gets 14 days. On that date two things stop:

You can still go live after the end date. Open the
[sandbox console](https://sandbox.voice.miraiminds.co/#/live) and continue to
**Go live** from the sign-in page. Your agents move across as they would have
the day before.
